Just to remind you of two important pieces of legislation that take effect this month:
o those with HIV, cancer and multiple sclerosis are treated as disabled from the date of diagnosis; o there is no longer a requirement that a mental impairment must be clinically well recognised for it to be capable of being a disability for purposes of disability discrimination.
